We are looking for a well-spoken Tele sales Specialist to be responsible for closing sales over the phone for our web based solution for security guard companies in USA Or Canada.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic sharp outbound Telesales Specialist to generate sales for our company. You will be responsible for making outgoing calls to achieve sales targets over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Cater outbound calls to promote and sell the product
- Interact with customers via cold calls and generate qualified sales
- Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmark
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience. Must be aggressive.
- Stable employment history a must.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Knows how to handle objections.
- Knows how to get through the gatekeeper.
- Knows how to secure the demo appointment.
Working hours:
9 hour shift (ROTATION)
(Saturday and Sunday off)
