We are hiring a responsible and smart Accountant & Inventory Clerk who can manage both our accounts and inventory system professionally. The ideal candidate should help us build a proper system to control inventory leakage and maintain accurate stock levels based on sales and supplier lead time.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses and display points.
• Identify and help reduce leakage, wastage, and stock discrepancies.
• Track daily sales and stock movement and prepare balance reports.
• Plan purchase orders according to sales trends and vendor lead times.
• Maintain supplier invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Record daily sales, purchases, and expenses in the accounting system.
• Assist management in developing a systematic inventory and accounting structure.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
Requirements:
• Minimum education: B.Com / BBA / BS Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting or inventory control preferred.
• Must be honest, organized, and analytical.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Odoo, QuickBooks, or any ERP system will be an advantage.
Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: Rs. 40,000 – 50,000 per month
