We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer with at least 1 year of industry experience.
Ideally, candidate should be motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to the actual code that will produce visual elements of the application using HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
Experiene of Web Design, Wordpress and Shopify is essential!
Responsibilities
· Develop new user-facing features
· Build reusable code and libraries for future use with JavaScript
· Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
· Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end (form validations)
· Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
· Hands on Experience with Word Press
Skills and Qualifications
· Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc
· Proficient understanding of Shopify and Word press
· 6 months or more experience with a front-end framework is a minimum
· Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
· Strong grip on modern JavaScript (ES6 or later). Good understanding of arrow functions, hooks, etc
· Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3. Good to have: Flexbox, Materialize, Bootstrap
· Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
· Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus
