APRICART is looking for an ambitious Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to help us expand our B2B collaborations in Karachi and oversee the execution of various marketing initiatives.

Job brief

  • The role is focused on identifying potential business partners, establishing working relations with new partners and executing on-ground marketing initiatives .
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused to on-board new B2B clients.
  • Identify potential clients and reach out to them to pitch potential collaborations.
  • Plan and prepare customized collaboration offers for potential clients.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Provide market feedback.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople. 
  • Respond to online customer queries.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
