Job Description
- Perform day to day HR operations such as issuing of different HR letters , probation completion formalities etc.
- Conduct complete cycle.
- Assist in coordination with US and KSA employees.
- Handling employees documentation of US and KSA employees.
- Handle employee documentation in hard form.
- Maintain employee files record.
- Forward payroll related queries to department.
- Overtime verification and proccessing.
- Managing attendance record.
- Maintain applicant tracking system.
- Assist in HR reporting.
- Assist in conducting training sessions.
- Conduct new employees orientation sessions.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in HR.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or similar field.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Flexibile in working hours.
- Team player, self motivated and hard worker.
