The ideal candidate duties will include:
- Product Page Creation in Shopify
- Email Customer Support via Zendesk
- Facebook Page Comment Moderation
- Product Research According to the Training Provided
- Launching Facebook Ads According to the Training
Required Skills
- Self-motivated, self-confident and able to work independently
- Upbeat and positive demeanor
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Flexible with and able to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
- Deliver high quality work results on time
- Commit to continuous self-development
- PC literacy is necessary including MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Required Experience:
- Ecommerce experience highly preferred
- Experience with Facebook Ads highly preferred
- Experience in customer support highly preferred
