Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial plans and developing financial models.
- Evaluating cost structures and revenue streams.
- Recommending solutions to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency.
- Monitoring the implementation of financial plans, performing risk assessments, and making adjustments as needed.
- Documenting financial processes and presenting progress reports.
- Will finalize payroll by the 20th of every month.
Desired Qualifications, Capabilities and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or in a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a financial specialist
- Proficiency in business management, statistical, analytical, and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
