- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Responsible for plan, implement and manage the Talent Acquisition.
- Coordination with different Universities for Talent Hunt Programs / Campus Drive / Recruitment Drive.
- Assist in Recruiting and Interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encasement and full and final settlements
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Plan for Employee Engagement activities.
