Job Description
- Identifying customers need, presenting relevant product, objection handling with superior aftersales service.
- Channel development and on-board quality B2B agents.
- Daily/weekly/monthly visit to the market.
- Achieve monthly targets of agents/suppliers onboarding.
- Achieve monthly Revenue targets of Jazz Mosafir Services (Flight, Hotels, Tour Packages) through onboard agents.
- Manage and resolve customers/B2B complaints.
- Recovery of revenue from the B2B channel.
- Provide product and service information to customers/agents.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer/B2B complaints.
- Competitors & market intelligence report.
Requirement:
- More than 7-10 years of Experience in B2B channel in Travel & Tour Operators especially airline.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required while preference will be given to master.
- Local tourism industry experience will be an advantage.
