Strong QA background in VAS, Integrations and Applications (Web/Mobile)
- Interpret and comply with Switch Solution QA Standards
- Plan, execute and inspect testing of incoming and outgoing service calls to confirm quality of deliverables
- Experience in managing multiple teams/stakeholders at a time
- Support Developers, Operations and Business teams in tracking, documenting and reporting of testing results
- Develop new standards, design and testing protocols for all service lines
- Basic understanding of QA requirements, terminology and tools
- Identification of root cause and corrective actions
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyse problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
- Documentation of QA activities, reports and audits
- Provide training and support to QA team on services, systems, policies, procedures and core processes
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
- Soft skills (communication, ability to work in team, focus on Customer Service and delivery, take ownership, problem-solving, time management, multitasking)
- Employee should expect to work on weekends and after office hour due to operational requirements
