An experienced professional with good knowledge of Telecom VAS including but not limited to commercial as well as technical integration of VAS with Telecom. Someone who can see the whole picture and present new product ideas and add-ons in the existing products. A proactive communicator, with the ability to work well across different teams and job functions.

Our solutions include Conventional and Digital VAS solutions, Enterprise & Surveillance Solutions, Customer Care Solutions including IVR, SMS. In addition to VAS, we have Agriculture, Travel, Weather verticals operating as separate companies with an employee base of 200+
As a Product Research & Development and Innovation executive you will report to the Manager Solutions & Delivery. You will be responsible to define the new product strategy and roadmap ensuring the growth of the VAS products. You will work closely with commercial, technical and support departments to ensure meeting the benchmark for new products per quarter and performance goals. The R&D and Innovation executive also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities
New Products Research & Analysis:
- Research & analysis for conventional VAS, Study conventional VAS of national and international telecom operators
- Continuous R&D for new VAS Products & prospective Market for the VAS added services.
- Continuous R & D on Technology Solutions i.e. Core Telecom Solutions & VAS Solutions.
- Identify areas where other operators/service providers exist in terms of conventional VAS products and Solutions
- Identify business opportunities for Switch VAS, put forth new ideas for conventional VAS domain as per the set KPIs in terms of quantity and relevance
- Analyze the target market and find ways to fulfill the needs of the potential customers
- Designing and developing new products
- Designing innovative solutions that will address the problems faced by our customers
- Ensure new ideas sessions within the department and involve other departments in the sessions
- Follow up and documentation of the ideas put forth and discussion in ideas sessions
Desired Qualifications, Capabilities and Experience:
- University degree in Business or Technology, Technology will be preferred
- Any prior experience will be preferred
- Knowledge about Microsoft office & other relevant tools,
- Have good presentation and communication skills with proficiency in English with ability to influence colleagues and decision makers
- Excellent communication and self- organization skills
- High level of integrity and ethics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work with a high degree of execution power and passion
- Demonstrate commitment, maturity, flexibility and speed in response to challenges
- Knowledge of the latest platform REDIS, KAFKA, Rabbit MQ etc.
