• Desktops, Servers, and Virtual environments (Linux/Windows)
  • Security, such as Virus Protection through Anti-Virus and Firewalls
  • You will also be responsible for the following.
  • Front-line support of our Managed Service clients through call handling, ticket creation, support triage, real-time monitoring and proactive maintenance.
  • Timely response to incoming incidents and support requests.
  • Escalate tickets appropriately and efficiently to senior technicians, vendors, and management as required.
  • Consistently keeping an accurate timesheet
  • Responsible for delivering secure, reliable contemporary IT services that enable a positive experience for our clients and staff.
  • Coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders to implement solutions as per agreed schedule, scope and budget
  • Set up and maintain IT operation processes in ITIL best practices
  • Provide regular project status reports.
  • Provide IT support and resolve user requests related to IT equipment, infrastructure, and user applications
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Improve/maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by researching, designing, implementing new IT & Digital services
  • Skills and experience requirements
  •  2+ years of helpdesk experience in a fast-paced environment
