- Front-line support of our Managed Service clients through call handling, ticket creation, support triage, real-time monitoring and proactive maintenance.
- Timely response to incoming incidents and support requests.
- Escalate tickets appropriately and efficiently to senior technicians, vendors, and management as required.
- Consistently keeping an accurate timesheet
- Responsible for delivering secure, reliable contemporary IT services that enable a positive experience for our clients and staff.
- Coordinate internal staff and external stakeholders to implement solutions as per agreed schedule, scope and budget
- Set up and maintain IT operation processes in ITIL best practices
- Provide regular project status reports.
- Provide IT support and resolve user requests related to IT equipment, infrastructure, and user applications
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Improve/maintain the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by researching, designing, implementing new IT & Digital services
- Skills and experience requirements
- 2+ years of helpdesk experience in a fast-paced environment
