RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing technical support to Internal Team.
  • Able to identify critical tasks and manage within the set KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining and sharing report summary of customer complaints and service outages.
  • Assist in customer-care complaints resolution and correspondence.
  • Assist in network outages and escalation to the relevant teams and follow-up for resolution.
  • Maintain open communication and positive relationship with Inter Team and Client.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have basic knowledge of MS office emerging technology trends and direction.
  • Keen interest in computer-based information systems and technology.
  • Should possess ability and desire to troubleshoot and resolve escalations.
  • Ability to perform tasks within the assigned time set in KPIs.
  • Self-motivated problem solver, and should have a desire to learn new skills.
  • Applicant should have the ability to research and understand technical documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and effectiveness in working with a high performing team.
  • Educational background from a well-known institute.
  • Preference would b given to applicant with academic background in BBA-IT
