We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You should be able to transform the software into handy products for the clients.
As a UI/UX you will be managing and responsible for:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- llustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in tools including Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Zeplin, Balsamiq, and Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Should be able to create sitemaps by doing industrial/Competitors Analysis and then able to translate the sitemap intro wireframe.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps function and look like.
- Should be able to translate the wireframes and develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/apps to function.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, user journey)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Understanding HTML/CSS/- Bootstrap is a must.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Create user interface mock-ups and prototypes that show how websites work and look.
- Must have a good portfolio of designed projects including Websites, Dashboards, and Mobile Apps
