Switch-ITC is looking for a Head of Business Development to scale our operations.
We are a mobile value-added-services company that develops content rich SMS, IVR and digital solutions for cellphone users.
You will be working with our products, production, design & content teams to execute BD and Marketing goals as well as develop and maintain client relationships.
You’re a perfect fit if you are enterprising, resourceful, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills.
Role:
- Oversee maintenance and growth of Switch’s existing product and service suite.
- Develop and implement an effective BD strategy for existing and new products
- Responsible for maintaining a sufficient profit and growth margin
- Build long-term client relationships with local and international partners.
- Understand local and international market opportunities for mobile value-added- services and digital products in finance, agriculture, healthcare, education & infotainment.
- Work closely with all external and internal stakeholders for design and development of these products.
- Develop all business development collateral including proposals, presentations and grant documents.
- Represent Switch at local and international meetings, conferences and various industry events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA or MS in Business Administration, Product Management or entrepreneurship
- 3+ years of experience in entrepreneurship or digital product management (mobile apps, digital payments etc.) and marketing
