Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Developing and implementing a multi-platform social media strategy for a female healthcare app - Zoya (www.heyzoya.com)
Devising a robust strategy to drive downloads and increase user engagment on app and all social media channels.
Running paid promos and campaigns on various online channels
Working closely with the content and design teams to develop all related artwork for promos and campaigns
Developing and maintaining a content calendar
On-boarding of influencers, celebrities and opinion makers to spread Zoya's mission.
End-to-end promotional campaign management.
Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of all websites.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Qualification & Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with focus on Marketing/Mass Communication/Media Studies or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in running campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Adequate SEO knowledge.
Experience in driving app downloads through social media marketing
Ability to perform research, analyze websites, document changes, and make decisions regarding the optimization approach.
Strong Communication skills (both written and spoken).
Impeccable English writing & editing skills at a professional level.
Strong knowledge of Social Media Tools.
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
