Job Description

We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and project management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing projects and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

To be an excellent project coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have further skills in project management and human resources support, we’d like to meet you.

The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of duties according to the organization’s standards.

  • Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.
  • Maintains rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations.
  • Should be able to handle high pressure environment
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
  • Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating developments to management.
  • Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by greeting candidates, performing checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Support other functions as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Well organized with a skill in time management
