We are looking for a placement for the role of “Customer Service Representative” for our organization. We will be dealing with Education and Migration matters; primarily student services (Edu Work).
Following is a brief description of the tasks and responsibilities to carry out we expect from you as a Customer Service Representative.
Job Role and responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate with Sydney office.
2. Assist our consultant with day to day tasks.
3. Manage general administration tasks.
4. Handle client inquiries promptly and in a professional manner. The inquiries could be over the phone, walk Ins, via Email, Facebook, Website or by any other medium.
5. Maintain record and follow up all the inquiries and thrive to turn these leads into successful application/s.
6. Prepare and maintain Client Files.
Immigration Work:
We will also be dealing with immigration matters e.g., visitor visa, skilled migration, business migration, spouse visa etc. You will be actively involved in marketing of immigration to Australia aspect as well.
Your role will also include assisting the senior Consultant in Marketing Campaign.
