- Will directly Report to Construction Manager
- Will make weekly plan of under taking the construction activities of building construction works
- Will Estimate the needed materials, manpower and equipment tool and machinery to undertake the planned activities
- Will make a daily plan of under taking construction related activities.
- Will arrange placing of the materials at needed location for incorporating into work.
- Will arrange and conduct the in situ tests of construction materials and will arrange inspections of consultants.
- Will lead the labor for under taking the work and will control the quality and workman ship
- Will supervise the construction activities and get the best out of labor
- Will measure the daily out put and contrast the planned vs actuals and will submit his report to construction manager
