As a Data Analyst, you will be utilizing various tools and methods to analyze market specific data and present to management on daily basis. This data analysis should lead to predictive market trend reports, competitor selling and buying points in different markets, and other useful information for key business decision making by senior management on daily basis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Sound knowledge of probability and statistics.
- Contact suppliers and buyers in our markets around the world to determine market demand and supply and related economic developments for future predictions in heavy equipment machinery trade
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and command in SQL and database design
- Exceptional in mathematics and analytical skills
- Should have prior working experience in data-rich environment with well-defined projects completed in data mining and predictive analysis
- Have strong ability to collect data on various online platforms, analyze and cross match and present to management for key decision making
- Must possess strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Should be passionate about diving into data and solve key business issues for the company
- Performs quality assurance exercise to ensure accuracy and consistency of information being provided to the management
