SynergieTek is in looking for a talented and motivated individual for the post of Control Room Operator in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be IT literate and have exceptional English language skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests on call.
- Obtain information by answering telephone calls, providing and verifying information.
- Inform agents by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standard guidelines and following procedures.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS required)
- IT literate
- Pressure Handler
- Should be able to work in shifts Day/Night (12 hours)
- Should be autonomous as well as Team player
