Job Description:

> Gathering, analyzing and interpreting complicated numerical information and assessing and predicting financial risks and returns.

> Using financial modelling to predict outcomes

> Developing financial models of different companies and drafting investment documents

> Providing investment advice, tactics and recommendations

> Assist in the planning and development of the organization's long-term financial objectives & strategic plans, including capital structure and capital allocations

> Participate and assist in all capital markets transactions. Monitor market conditions and opportunities in all markets

> Gather and organize information on industry, competition and company. Update peer analysis and track earnings estimates. Review and comment on research reports 

> Gather and organize information related to expansion and new lines of business. Primarily responsible for modeling financial outcomes 

> Analyze data gathered, develop information and consider available solutions or alternative methods of proceeding with respect to various businesses or financial situations 

> Assist senior management in identifying organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to achieving plans. Support through research, analysis and recommendations

> Conduct financial reviews to ensure financial results are being attained 

> Conduct analysis of organization's operational effectiveness, capacity, resource utilization, and operating cost containment  Participate in acquisition due diligence 

> Develop Financial Models 

 

Candidate Requirements:

> Minimum Bachelors / ACCA Qualified / CFA Level 1 (Desirable)

> Competent in financial valuations,competent in data research, analysis and interpretation

> Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point required

> Have understanding of financial modeling (desirable) and ability to draft investor documents

> Must be an enthusiastic team player, familiar with multi-disciplined projects involving numerous critical tasks
