Synergy Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and brings at least two years of experience in accounts and finance functions. This role focuses on supporting daily accounting operations, including data entry, managing banking duties, processing invoices, and assisting with cash collections. The Accounts Assistant plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth processing of transactions. The candidate must demonstrate accuracy in handling financial data and effective communication when coordinating invoice delivery and cash collection activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop accounting skills within a dynamic company environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Manage day-to-day banking duties including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and deliver invoices to clients promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in cash collection by coordinating with clients and following up on payments.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and support month-end financial closing activities.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure effective cash flow management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
- Generate routine financial reports as required by management for review and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information handled during daily functions.
