Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the gym equipment market.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients showcasing the benefits and features of gym equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage a team of two staff members, providing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align business development activities with company objectives.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and business development progress to senior management.
