Synergy Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Interior Designer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in space planning, AutoCAD, 3D rendering, and material selection. This role emphasizes the ability to communicate effectively with clients and design functional, aesthetically pleasing interior environments. Experience with software such as SketchUp and 3ds Max is essential for producing detailed architectural designs and lighting concepts. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is highly valued.
The position focuses on developing interior solutions for commercial spaces, including automation and audio-visual integration, as well as wellness-related design projects. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the interior designer must coordinate efficiently with stakeholders and project teams to ensure the successful execution of design plans. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering innovative and practical design solutions that enhance client satisfaction and align with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed interior design plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to create accurate layouts and 3D renderings.
- Apply space planning techniques to optimize the use of space while maintaining aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Select appropriate materials and finishes that meet client requirements and design standards, with a focus on sustainability.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects and engineers, to integrate interior designs with overall project specifications.
- Produce furniture layouts that balance comfort, efficiency, and design coherence.
- Design lighting plans using 3ds Max to enhance the ambiance and functionality of interior spaces.
- Incorporate commercial automation and audio-visual system considerations into interior design projects, particularly for wellness environments.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals that effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
