Purpose:
System Plus is looking for a proficient front-end team leader to work on various strategically important projects. You will generally be working closely with our world-class creative team and marketing team to convert design ideas into running web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and implement new trends in modern web applications.
- Manage a team of front end developers and supervise them in terms of work and learning.
- Understanding client requirements and how they translate to new application features.
- Creating user-friendly UI and graphics that are effective and appealing.
- Work proactively and without excessive support or supervision
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in building modern web applications.
- At least 1-year experience of working as a team lead.
- Experience with Advanced JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6 and ReactJS (mandatory)
- Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements
- Clear understanding and be able to work with HTML5, SASS and LESS, Bootstrap
- Expertise in writing clean and easy-to-read JavaScript code
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or Sketch (would be a plus)
- Hands-On experience with CSS3 Transitions, Web Animations & Responsive Design
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Web Development
- Hands-on experience in logo designing, storyboarding and demo video creation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory, both spoken and written.
- Ability to communicate with the manager and team members to discuss the requirements of the projects with progress.
- Great attention to details
- Time management skills to work on multiple projects and the willingness to learn technologies and skills.
- High level of creativity and problem-solving techniques.
- Motivated and proactive with the ability to work as per timelines.
