The company was launched by experienced and visionary IT professionals with more than 8 years of industry experience in the fraternity of software development. If you think you have the technical skills to contribute to our fast-growing business, feel free to apply! We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Manager with former experience in Bidding & Lead Generation on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Manage online platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru & PPH.
  • Approach new businesses, offer them suitable business solutions as per the company’s policy to take them on board as partners.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep and review records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
  • Candidates must have at least basic knowledge about software development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
  • Bidding Expert & Sound knowledge of IT and web/application development.
  • Experience in leads generation on different online channels i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc. that result in new projects/sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/SE, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience at least 02 Years.
