Required Skills & JD:

  • Minimum 01-year experience in a call center environment as team lead (Inbound/Outbound Call/Emails channels).
  •  Proficient in computer applications (Windows, Internet Browsing, MS office, MS PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
