Contact Center Executives at Systems provide services to our clients to work with us in an engaging environment for various International Campaigns.

Responsibility:

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document knowledge from the clients.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:       

  • Candidate must be good at English Language skills. ·
  • Must possess good communication skills ·   
  • Should have cleared their Intermediate or A-levels. ·  
  • Night Shift Only. ·    
  • Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.
  • Experienced individuals with their own conveyance will be preferred, we welcome you to be a part of us in a comfortable & friendly environment.
