Job brief
We are looking for an experienced English language instructor to join our team. You’ll design curriculum for non-native speakers with diverse activities and methods that cover all aspects of English language (speaking, writing, and comprehending).
As an instructor in our organization, you’ll create individualized plans based on employee needs and evaluate their progress. English language instructor skills also include building positive relationships with employees and management.

Responsibilities
- Identifying the training needs, and developing formal training programs and design curriculum.
- Research new teaching methods for teaching English as a second language
- Create a supportive and positive environment
- Prepare materials and activities
- Collaborate with team to foster a good employee experience
Requirements and skills
- 3 to 5 years experience as an English language instructor or similar role.
- Knowledge of various methods of teaching English to non-native speakers
- Great organizational and communication skills
- A calm and resilient personality
- Degree in English Language, English Literature or similar field
