Product Manager focuses on interface Design and has strong interest in application design trends and patterns, interaction modelling and data visualization that helps to convey and simplify complex concepts and with a maniacal drive to make end users happy.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end efforts to develop and adhere to project plans/schedules/deliverables
- Ensure that project timelines are appropriately managed throughout the project life cycle
- Identify the key descriptive hypotheses and approach to research that will build the understanding of context and actors’ behavior within that context and speculate on prescriptive hypotheses to test as prototypes
- Strong focus to ensure optimized user experience throughout product features
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap with internal and external stakeholder based on the user insights
- Ensure the site experience and design is consistent with the Systems Limited and legal requirements
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to define the roadmap definition through the ideation of new features
- Produce and tests interaction flows and mocks that accurately communicate product functionality to product, engineering, and design team members while balancing the business, technology, and user needs
- Set up dashboards and track the proper analytics to make sure the product meets expectations and is easy to use
- Identify bugs and opportunities for improvement
- Works closely with the designers and engineers to develop and expand product design systems by monitoring and prioritizing the data science efforts
- Test the quality of the site and write test plans for external testers
- Help evangelize the product and prepare for global launch, including prioritizing country specific requests
- Supervise and manage relationships and coordinate the work between different teams at different locations
- Coordinate and communicate app release schedule
- Conduct the training of customer support teams as per the product needs and specifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design or related fields
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT industry is preferred
- Experience of using Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop or related tool
- Sound knowledge and experience of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Proven experience of UX design with web applications and data visualization
- Hands on experience of the working on various stages of the software development life cycle, detailed design, solution development, testing and deployment
- Ability to interact and work well with members of other functional groups in a project team and a strong sense of project ownership
- Broad understanding and knowledge of programming languages
- Good oral and written communication skills are preferred
