Systems Limited looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers.
QA Manager will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
Responsibilities:
• Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of projects
• Ensuring Process Implementation in Competency’s Projects
• Deploying and managing resources for testing
• Applying appropriate test measurements and metrics [DD, DL, Quality KPIs] in the product/project
• Publish Defect Density and Defect Leakage report to Competency Head and QA Governance Team on regular intervals
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
• Raise Red Flag in case of quality concerns and inform relevant Competency Head and QA Governance team
• Reviewing Test Cases/Test Scenarios of critical projects
• Responsible for resource development, grooming and mentoring
• Must have a clear vision with respect to the Competency pipeline so that and plan the resources accordingly
• Coordinate with QA Governance team and lock the Career road map of the resources
• Coordinate with the Governance team in the hiring process
• Conduct the interviews of the resources which are related to the competency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in IT/Computer Science).
• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Outstanding communication skills
• Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Reliable and Trustworthy
• Certification of quality control will be a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
