- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements to give estimates and define project time lines.
- Manage a team of competent front end developers.
- Train other front end developers in the team so that they also have a sound knowledge of latest javascript frameworks like Angular and React.
- Communicate business cases and UI technicalities with the team, client and other stakeholders.
- Work with UX designer to implement the UX.
- Perform thorough review of all projects for design and technical integrity including, but not limited to, technical reviews of HTML/CSS to ensure consistency with, or practical evolution across various projects.
- Coordinate with back-end and full-stack engineers to help design APIs and deliver projects
- Develop clean, modular, reusable, testable, and maintainable code
- Focus primarily on front end development, working with VueJS, AngularJS and React (React workflows Redux or Flux).
- Work with RESTful APIs display large amount of data on the front end
- Cross-browser performance testing and optimization
This role also involves the following:
- Knowledge of state of the art and emerging front end technologies, and how new technologies impact user interface implementation.
- Performs quality review of project deliverables. Leads work sessions and deliverable presentations with client team members.
- Familiarity with back end Javascript frameworks like Nodejs.
- Team player, client-facing, results-oriented, strong communicator, can-do attitude and comfortable working in a highly flexible, agile and collaborative environment
- Collaborate closely with Mobile, and Backend Engineering to optimize the front end architecture and user experience.
Requirement:
- 4 years of relevant work experience in JavaScript frameworks
- Good hands on knowledge with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4 SCSS and LESS
- Expertise with Javascript frameworks, such as React, Angular and Vue
- Previous ownership of front-end systems, focusing on architecture and extensible code
- A diverse experience of working with state of the art front end technologies
