We are looking for a skilled & proactive SQA Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable and willing to contribute to make SZABIST a better place to work. He/She should be highly efficient, organized and approachable.
The candidate must have BS/MS (Software Engineering/Computer Science/Information Security or other relevant majors) with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, the incumbent is responsible to formulate new automated test strategies and framework, conduct software testing, verification and validation and identify deficiencies, investigate product quality in order to make improvements. Prepare and present reports to management. Certification in Software Quality Assurance will be a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proven work experience in software development
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Solid knowledge and understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
