1. Supports in Video Conferencing setup.
2. Maintenance and troubleshooting for all hardware and software malfunctioning, and when not sure how to fix a problem, properly documents the problem and makes it known to the Senior System Administer.
3. Provides technical support and troubleshoot to staff and faculty in the use of computers.
4. Troubleshoot and installation of operating systems.
