-Develop receipe standards with the coordination of chef.
- Assist Chef / Supervisor to conduct menu engineering of event / Projects.
- Monitor the daily materials consumption of Food / Non Food items.
- Ensure the utilization of materials as per the set standards.
- Prepare different MIS reports; consumption reports / comparision reports / Stock report etc.
- Conduct stock count activity of all project time to time.
