Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and hold an MBA and ACCA qualification. The Account Executive will be responsible for handling the accounts payable team, verifying the transactions of direct and indirect expense, coordinating with departments for timely submission of documents, ensuring compliance for payment proceedings, preparing monthly purchase reports, payable reports, vendor reconciliation, inspecting general ledgers, and conducting stock-taking activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the accounts payable team
- Verify the transactions of direct and indirect expenses
- Coordinate with departments for timely submission of documents
- Ensure compliance for payment proceedings
- Prepare monthly purchase reports, payable reports, and vendor reconciliation
- Inspect general ledgers to ensure accuracy
- Conduct stock-taking activities and report discrepancies
- Lead and develop the team to ensure that they meet performance targets and objectives
Requirements:
- MBA and ACCA qualified
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP and Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in accounts reconciliation
