We are Looking for F&B Operations Manager (Karachi)
Education: Graduate / Diploma in F&B Production / Services
Experience: 10 years in Corporate Catering / Commercial Kitchens (HoReCa).
- Responsible for the handling team of Food productions and Services at inhouse and client locations
- Visit clients to supervise and ensure the service delivery
- Handling complaints of valuable Clients and resolve the issues
- Coordination with all Internal and External stakeholers to ensure the supplies and services
- Managing the Corporate Catering and commercial kitchens operations (Frontend & Backend)
- Managing Routine Kitchen Operations and ensure the smooth operations
- Costing & Estimations of Menus, Catering proposals and Corporate Events
- Supervises the Commercial Kitchen / Mess Operations at Client locations
- Optimizes the cost by reducing the wastage of resources
- Provides and arranges the Training of services and production staff to ensure the service delivery as per standards
