Taajir Direct is a one-stop online marketplace connecting retailers directly to wholesalers, manufacturers, as well as to the individual end consumers. The startup is based in Pakistan, UAE, and United Kingdom.
While global economies were flowering on E-Commerce and digital trade platforms, Pakistani Traders were flustering on awful events. With every election came a new government with fundamentally conflicting interests to the previous. The last few years have seen technological advancements but only became possible because of private companies. Therefore, we decided to take this matter seriously and bring revolutionary services with the help of advanced digital tools.
These services will strengthen the people who are considered the backbone of a country, Producers. We do not expect suppliers to come to us, we will go to them. We will not only digitize but also arm these key components of an economy to compete locally and internationally.
We are looking for :
Key Skills Required:
· Commercial experience working as a software developer.
· Experience across the board with a strong depth of knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, and PHP.
· Understanding of how to build well written, testable, maintainable code.
· A passion for maintaining your diverse technical knowledge, not a “just back-end” / “just front-end” developer.
· Experience with building and integrating APIs.
· An ability to think out of the box when faced with a challenge and present ideas to the team, working collaboratively when you need help.
· Experience working with or building e-commerce products or platforms.
· Some experience with cloud hosting environments.
· An understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
Education:
· Bachelor's (Preferred)
