Senior Creative Web Designer supports in translating complex communications into sophisticated design solutions for print and digital execution, with a focus on illustrative design. This role requires an understanding of data-visualization, info-graphics and web design, underpinned by a strong knowledge of graphic design, typography, and layout capabilities. You will work on a wide range of design projects supporting initial concepts and taking them through to final delivery, at all times ensuring the highest level of imagination and design.
• Working with Tabeer’s Communications & Marketing team to support in interpreting their needs into a creative brief for the development of engaging designs.
• Interpreting communication objectives and messaging into highly engaging visual designs with clear and concise story-lines or narratives.
• Creative design to deliver both marketing and scientific content via the appropriate channel to achieve maximum impact.
• Create Brand Guidelines.
• Creating dynamic and shareable pieces, animated gifs, styled photos, and striking designs, for a variety of social media platforms.
• Creating visual presentations for seasonal sales campaigns, advertising campaigns, author meetings, and Team meetings.
• Developing templates for others to use to help speed up the design process
• Contributing ideas and design artwork to overall projects, as well as providing innovative graphics solutions.
• Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas, demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches.
• Contribute to conceptualizing for campaigns and activations from a creative perspective.
• You will have experience of developing, implementing and driving effective and awardwinning campaigns that excite, innovate and deliver.
• You think strategically and demonstrate a keen awareness of both online and offline trends.
Requirements
• 3 Years’ Experience in Product Design, Digital & Print Media Campaigns.
• Experienced of color principles as applied to print color correction and design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
• Excellent knowledge in font creation & selection
• Illustrator Artist with Portfolio
