We require a Warehouse/Inventory manager with strong organizational skills for our fast-growing organization. The candidate will be in charge of our warehouses and be responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels at all our WHs.
JD includes:-
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels for all SKUs based on consumption trends
- Controlling and verifying SOPs for receiving, storing and dispatching goods with proper paperwork
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- All other Tasks Assigned by the Higher Management.
