Job scope:

 

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for all areas relating to sales, marketing and recovery.

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining new markets by creating new customers while assisting in developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy for the given product line. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of sales activities.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will have contact with Company Executives, Corporate Clients and the Sales Team, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.

 

Specific Responibilities:

  • Contact new and existing customers to generate sales and credit recovery
  • Research on potential new markets and develop them
  • Suggest marketing activities to the management and assist in their execution
  • Keep a check on competitor activities and report to management
  • Conduct market analysis on weekly basis and report to management    
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all daily financial information.
  • Work with the Directors to create and maintain budgets for the respective department
  • Assist in preparation of customer ledger reconciliation on daily basis
  • Prepare customer performance reports on monthly basis
  • Prepare Recovery reports on monthly basis
  • Work with the Directors to set yearly and quarterly sales targets for respective department
  • Prepare product performance analysis on monthly basis to suggest which products to keep  
  • Collaborate with the warehouse, accounts and import department employees to support overall company goals and objectives.
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Responds to inquiries from the Directors and other firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
  • Any other task given by the management
