Responsibilities:
- Real time recording of all financial transactions in software.
- Purchase and Expense Verifications and ensure Documentation before issuance of Payments, Rate variances Reporting.
- Receivables Management (Petty Cash, Credit Sales, and Others) as per SOP
- Inventory Reconciliation (Software and Physical) includes Raw Material and Finished Stock
- Payables Management (Vendors, Expense , Utilities and Other Head Office Payments) as per SOP
- Cash Management (Petty cash, Daily cash Recon and Deposit of closing Balances)
- Ensure Kitchen transfer postings and Food Cost % are in accordance with Management Directions.
- Payroll Management (Staff Advances/Loans, preparation and verification of attendance, Disbursement of Payroll) as per SOP
- Prepare and update files of all the Invoices, Expense Vouchers, Utility bills and Govt Notices/NOC’s folders & other record related to accounts and finance department.
- Maintain Daily Charge book , prepare cash book & Bank, Site/pump reconciliation and update ledgers
- Ensure preparation of daily Business reports (DBR) / Sales and Operational Reports and sharing with relevant Departments.
- Sales Collected Cash and Cheque deposited into Bank, Payments to Vendors and other stakeholders.
- Bank deposit Slip filling and daily balance reconciliation
- Month end Accounts Closing in coordination with Finance Department in software
- Monthly Buying coordination
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures
- Coordination with ACD on routine and Surprise Audits
