- To execute all the interior/exterior finishing work at site as per the approved plan, complying with all the cost & quality parameters.
- Supervise & co-coordinate the activities of team who construct, renovate and maintain structures of wood and other materials and build and install interior/exterior finishing in buildings.
- Ensure good finishing and quality for all civil & interior fit-out and all relevant technical information is available to the construction team at a zero defect level
- Ensure that projects are completed within planned cost and time
- Identify any potential problem at the site and work to prevent it.
- Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site
- Maintain good relationship with team, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure that any change in project plan is executed by contractors
- Motivate all the participants in the project
- Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.
- Keep accurate records of material and labor costs incurred in the construction process
