-Position requires both office and field work, the resource should be willing to visit all sites as and when required.
-Understand the priorities of the management and develop plans and projects schedules which serve commercial and strategic objectives of the organization.
-Principal responsibilities include preparation of project plans using planning software, present and review the same with senior manager.
-Get the agreed schedule signed by the management.
-Assist in preparing and integrating project schedule with project’s contracting plan after discussion and inputs from all relevant stakeholders.
-Generate project progress reports and identify areas of improvement to the field staff.
-Should be able to suggest controls and improvements to fast track projects.
-Should be able to generate a consolidated report on progress and health of all projects under execution.
-The resource should be able to exhibit proven skills in projects scheduling and planning.
