- To coordinate by liaising the entire project with the objectives of streamlining communication & collaboration among all the stakeholders
- Keeping track of project milestone and support in driving the project to achieve the project milestones as per the project action plans timely through follow-up, coordination for information/document sharing from Business/Department End by coordinating time schedules and resources as and when required.
- Meeting Minutes and communication to all stakeholders with all documentation function.
- Support in implementing project recommended deliverables from the consultant end to the business & departments
- Ensuring that all project related communication, collaboration and follow-up oriented needs are met among all the stakeholders.
- Help in identifying risk areas that could affect project completion e.g. time delays, resource issues, collaboration problems.
