- To ensure the department SOP are adhered at all times.
- Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action paperwork and ensure issues are addressed and resolved.
- Investigates and corrects customer complaints regarding quality
- Report all equipment failures for immediate repairs.
- Ensure proper team work.
- Ensure vehicle is properly clean.
- Ensure work is done properly.
- Note down incomplete/improper work if any and take corrective measures to prevent from future occurrence.
- Inform customer about parts/services pending in vehicle which are necessary for vehicle.
