Stock Management:
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and distribution on timely basis;
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Demand Issuance process and reports
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal warehouse operational policies and procedures.
- Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times
- Manage stock control and reconcile with system.
- Conduct physical stock taking and verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and take appropriate required actions accordingly.
- Examine and inspect stock items for defects, keep records on the use and/or damage of stock.
- Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
- Supervise and ensure that stock items are marked properly using identification tags, stickers, or other labeling equipment.
Vendor Management:
- Perform market research and assist staff in locating qualified vendors.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers
- Prepare reports and statistics regularly on the basis of FIFO.
Supply Chain & Procurement:
- Execute all activities and functions involved in the planning, purchasing, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt to the delivery of inventory and delivery to the outlets.
- Follow and execute purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, transportation and other areas are required.
- Develop and implement best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations.
