Warehousing & Logistics:

  • Oversee receiving, stocking, and distribution / transportation to required outlet on timely basis;
  • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal warehouse operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Manage stock control and reconcile with system.
  • Conduct physical stock taking and verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and take appropriate required actions accordingly.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for defects, keep records on the use and/or damage of stock.
  • Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
  • Supervise and ensure that stock items are marked properly using identification tags, stickers, or other labeling equipment.

Vendor Management:

  • Perform market research and assist staff in locating qualified vendors.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers
  • Prepare reports and statistics regularly on the basis of FIFO.

Supply Chain & Procurement:

  • Execute all activities and functions involved in the planning, purchasing, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt to the delivery of inventory and delivery to the outlets.
  • Follow and execute purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, transportation and other areas are required.
  • Develop and implement best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimizations.
