Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and work remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to increase our brand awareness and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and manage content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, photos, and videos.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, customer support) to align social media marketing strategies with overall business goals and needs.

Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer etc.).
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Face Book Social).
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
